Terms of service

These terms apply when you use throdaskincare.com or buy from us. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Refund, Subscription and Privacy policies, which form part of these terms.

1. Who we are

Throda Skincare is a trading name of Throda Skincare Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15295468, with its registered office at 167 to 169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. You can contact us at contact@throdaskincare.com. All orders, including those delivered to the UAE, are sold, fulfilled and managed by Throda Skincare Limited. Our UAE company, Throda Skincare FZE LLC, acts as the Responsible Person for our products in the UAE.

2. Your order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, and if we do we will refund you in full.

You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you choose at checkout. UK prices include VAT, and for the US and the UAE we pay import duties and taxes on your behalf. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

If you pay with Klarna, your agreement with Klarna is governed by Klarna's own terms.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the UK, the US and the UAE, free of charge. Delivery times and what happens if something goes wrong are set out in our Shipping policy. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Pricing, renewals, reminders and how to skip, pause or cancel are set out in our Subscription policy.

6. Returns, refunds and your rights

You can return unopened items within 28 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund policy. If you are a consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Using our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Please read the full ingredient list before use, and if you have known allergies or very sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test first. Stop using any product that causes irritation. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on our website is medical advice.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied afterwards. Unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be combined and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

9. Reviews and content you share

When you leave a review or share content with us, it must be honest, based on your own experience and lawful. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us permission to display it on our website, emails and social channels with your first name and initial. We may decline or remove content that breaks these rules. Reviews are collected through Judge.me, and we do not edit what customers write.

10. Our website and intellectual property

All content on our website, including our name, IMNX+®, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own personal use, but please do not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

11. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details secure. We may suspend an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or to abuse our offers or returns.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use only. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

13. Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control delays your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the delay is significant, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

14. Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy, please email contact@throdaskincare.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.
