Cancellation policy

Subscribe and save 20% on The Face Barrier Serum, delivered on a schedule that suits how you use it, with free shipping and no minimum commitment.

How it works

  • Choose a delivery every month (for twice-daily use) or every two months (for once-daily use).
  • Each delivery is 20% off our standard price at the time of renewal, and ships free.
  • You pay for your first delivery at checkout. After that, we charge your saved payment method on each renewal date and dispatch your order.
  • We email you 3 days before each renewal, so you always know when your next order is coming and what it will cost.

Managing your subscription

Sign in to your account at throdaskincare.com to manage your subscription at any time. You can:

  • skip one or more deliveries
  • pause and resume your subscription
  • update your payment details or delivery address
  • cancel

To change how often you receive your serum or the date of your next delivery, email contact@throdaskincare.com and we will update it for you.

Cancelling

There is no minimum number of deliveries. You can cancel online in your account, in a few clicks, or by emailing contact@throdaskincare.com. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel before its renewal date. Cancelling stops future deliveries; it does not affect an order that has already been charged.

Price changes

If our standard price changes, we will email you at least 14 days before the change applies to your subscription, so that you can decide whether to continue.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and try again up to three more times, a week apart. If payment still cannot be taken, your subscription will be cancelled and we will let you know by email. You are welcome to start a new subscription at any time.

Returns and your legal rights

Each subscription delivery is covered by our Refund policy in the same way as any other order. You also have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of starting it. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
