    At Throda Skincare, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, costs, and other essential details.


    1. Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


    2. Order Processing & Pre-Orders

    • All orders are processed the same day if placed before 3:00 PM (GMT).
    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the following business day.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

    3. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

    Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for eligible UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

    For all pre-orders, this shipping method will be available once we launch.

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 days from dispatch, excluding Sundays.
    • Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
    • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
    • Pick-Up Option: We do not currently offer in-store or curbside pickups.

    Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays.


    4. Shipping Fees 

    Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for eligible UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is not available on Sundays.


    5. International Shipping

    We do not offer shipping outside the UK currently.


    6. Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the Royal Mail website.


    7. Delayed Deliveries

    If your order is delayed due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., severe weather, customs delays, peak-season congestion), we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a new estimated delivery date.

    If your order is delayed due to circumstances within our control (e.g., stock issues, warehouse delays), you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund.


    8. Delivery Issues & Address Errors

    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
    • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local post office.
    • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@throdaskincare.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.

    9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

    What if my package is lost or damaged?

    • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@throdaskincare.com.
    • If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

    What if my package is stolen after delivery?

    • Once an order has been delivered to the correct address, Throda Skincare is not responsible for stolen items.
    • We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requesting signature upon delivery if concerned about theft.

    10. Shipping Restrictions

    We do not ship to:

    • P.O. Boxes
    • APO/FPO addresses
    • Military base addresses
    • Some remote areas (checked at checkout)

    Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.

    • Free return shipping is offered for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items only.
