Shipping policy

Every order ships free, wherever we deliver, and every parcel is sent from our fulfilment centre in England.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or to military addresses (APO, FPO or BFPO).
Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm UK time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are dispatched the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

These are the times our carriers aim for. Occasionally weather, customs or peak periods cause delays, and if your order is held up we will let you know.
Duties and taxes
Prices for the UK include VAT. For the US and the UAE, we pay any import duties and taxes on your behalf, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are dispatched on the same terms, and they ship free too. See our Subscription policy for how renewals work.
If something goes wrong
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it has not arrived within the times above, if the tracking shows a problem, or if it arrives damaged, email contact@throdaskincare.com with your order number and we will sort it out, by sending a replacement or giving you a full refund. You do not need to contact the carrier yourself.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.
